Fine times at 4th Bruff Bluegrass Festival

The BIB editor reports:
This is not even an attempt at a proper report on the 4th Bruff Bluegrass Festival; just a brief and necessary word on how enjoyable it was for me as a member of Woodbine and (judging by appearances) for all the other musicians taking part.
In four years of growth the festival has become hard to beat as a showcase for bluegrass in Ireland. Nine bands, from the north, south, east, west, and middle of this island, were on the official schedule, with some unscheduled bonuses such as Cian, Kevin, and Geraldine Gill, who led the lunchtime jam at Clancy's on Sunday. Congratulations and thanks to Jack Clancy and other members of the organising committee for ensuring that a good time was had by all!
